Dog Might Games
Company Profile
We combine craftsmanship and thematic artistry to create truly unique pieces of functional art for your game.
From the Original Component Collector to our fully sculpted Valhalla Screens for GMs, each piece is created on site in our woodshop in Michigan by our devoted team of craftsmen.
The company was willed into existence over 2000 years ago by a pair of insane axe-wielding Viking Lumberjack Gods. The Viking Lumberjack Gods had already been converting local Ents and their less animated cousins – 'trees' – into high quality tabletop gaming gear for centuries.
With the advent of the worldwide series of informational tubes, the Viking Lumberjack Gods realized that it was time to share their harvest with the rest of humanity. They opened the doors of Dog Might Games so all mortals could enjoy the bounty of Ent corpses converted into utilitarian gaming hardware.
The company looks forward to launching more Kickstarter projects, touring the trade show circuit, and causing general mayhem over the coming centuries.
The Shop
14,000 sqft. of Awesome
All of our wood products are crafted on-site in our wood shop, which is based out of Ann Arbor, Michigan. The shop is a fully equipped Viking Lumberjack paradise that doubles as our weekly gaming area.
We strive to bring the highest quality Ent corpses to our customers. Having a full wood shop on site allows us to control every aspect of the process and guarantees protection from Frost Giant attacks.

Mike Cameron
CEO, Founder
Mike founded Dog Might under the direction of subtle Eldritch powers that have warped his mind and made him a puppet to forces unbeknownst to mortals.
With over two thousand years of fine woodworking experience, his vision is the piston that drives high quality gaming gear into the collective face of humanity from now until the end of time.
Prone to 'seizures of rage,' Mike is usually chained up in the basement during non-business hours.
Michael C Konas
CBO, Founder
A creative powerhouse with an impressive skill set, Michael C Konas co-founded Dog Might and continues to push the envelope of high quality woodworking.
Michael holds an MFA in painting from the University of Valhalla where he is also an adjunct Professor of Blunted Weapons. He has been a professional artist for 2500 years and has over 2 million pieces in private and commercial collections.
Michael enjoys long walks on the beach and chopping down trees with his bare hands.
Dan McPherson
Exceutive Consultant, Strategy Wizard
Dan conjures the knowledge of evil spirits in his daily sacrifical ritual. His home is created entirely out of medieval tomes, scrolls of enhance motivation, and a pirated copy of Quickbooks.
He can often be found in the executive dungeon saying things like, "You don't need to buy a mead company!" and, "You bought how much wood?!"

Thor
Director of Production, God of Thunder
Normally a benevolent force, Thor's rage can be unleashed in the blink of an eye. Usually after he gets a bad wood splinter.
In his spare time, Thor uses lightning bolts as hand-held night lights while fighting off his incongruous fear of the dark.

Zoey
Head of Operations, Paladin
Zoe is the sworn protector of All Things Good, such as dogs, chocolate chip cookies, Viking Lumberjacks, and calculus. This 95 pound stick of dynamite is liable to destroy everything in sight with her charismatic aura alone.
Her two mystery mutts, Gunner and Asher, are responsible for regenerating Zoe's supply of Endless Goodness & Unstoppable Energy every day.

Lindsey
Creative Director, Valkyrie
Accustomed to choosing those who live or die in battle, creative direction and game design are a breeze for this stalwart Valkyrie.
Lindsey spreads her logistical wings at Dog Might to bring us the best in creative direction, game design, and computer-exploding brain power.
She spends her spare time racing 6-legged horses and trying to teach random dogs how to sit.
Shane
Team Lead, Sorcerer of Time
Shane is in the woodshop at all times, in all dimensions, and in all forms of existence.
His essence is held in an enchanted piece of lumber that we keep under lock and key. In his spare time, Shane can be found searching for a way to dissolve the enchantment, so his spirit can be freed from the daily slavery we subject him to.
Jeremiah
Team Lead, Zen Monk
This calm craftsman is completely at one with all forms of lumber. He can read the mind of leaves, small forest creatures, and raindrops.
Jeremiah's special abilities include a calming influence area effect spell, and being able to grow a full beard in less than 24 hours.
Jeremy
Woodworker, Bard
The Greyhawk Gazette writes, “Jeremy is a bearded, beer-swilling bard with the voice of an angel.” We couldn't agree more.
His aggressive dual-hammer-wielding persona is a thin veneer that hides the true depth of his artistic soul. He also enjoys beating goblins to death with his lute.

Derek
Apprentice, Fighter
This wholesome Viking Lumberjack emerged from a hiking trail nearby that no one had ever noticed before. Bag slung over his shoulder, he waved joyfully and extended a finger for a bird to perch upon. We all cast each other sideways glances. He came into the shop, unsheathed his great sword, flourished, and dropped 50 Component Collectors at our feet. Smiling, he waved, put some squirrels on his shoulders, and walked back down the trail.
We were relieved when he continued to return to our shop in the days to come.
Rosie
Illustrator, Druid
This gentle druid glides through all areas of Dog Might, followed by a rotating swirl of levitating objects, organizing the entire shop just by existing. For every Bob Ross reference or pun made in her presence, her body freezes and her eyes shoot blinding white light for a solid seven minutes. She then enters a SPELL WRITING FRENZY where she creates a new, incredible wood-bending spell at an unseen, rapid pace. It is Rosie who is to blame for all those Valhalla Screens. She just can't be stopped, and the Viking Lumberjacks can't be stopped when it comes to making puns. We are helpless.
Outside of the shop, Rosie is lovingly cared for by Fenrir (who is actually a Landseer Newfie, not the monstrous wolf everyone wants you to think!) and her mutt Claire.
Derek
Apprentice, Cleric
Derek's Hat of Calming is enchanted with Calm Emotions, so it is often used to bring the shop barbarians and berserkers down from their production rages when the work day is over. If all else fails, he knows how to wield a saw blade carefully.
In his spare time, Derek enjoys sitting in clearings in the forest to chat with the animals and check on the health of the local trees.
Trenton
Woodworker, Monk
We found this young, steely eyed monk waiting for us at the shop one day at dawn. Taking a knee, he asked if he could demonstrate his skills to be considered for an apprenticeship. Since we're not idiots, we said of course! He stood, put his hands together, took on some special stance, made some dramatic, fancy movements... then FISH CAME OUT OF HIS FISTS. Okay, it was ethereal fish, but still - they came rushing out like water and massaged an entire pile of wood scraps into perfect sculpts. They were all fish sculpts, but we figured we could work on that. Hired him on the spot.
Trenton is a very dedicated woodworker, so in his free time he continues to work wood. One of his current projects is a tiny house for himself, so he can hide away from the rest of civilization and meditate on fish.
Carmel
Apprentice, Weapon Master
Don't let this gentle giant fool you - his favored weapon is a spinning multi-bladed halberd that he crafted himself as a youth. It's like a blender on a stick. We don't recommend making him angry, although no one knows how to make him mad anyway. His signature move is a whirlwind attack where he spins just as fast as his mechanical halberd's many blades, giggling delightfully, sawdust falling around him like snow as plain lumber becomes beautiful carvings.
Like we said, we don't recommend making him angry. Can you even imagine?
Donnie
Apprentice, Berzerker
When we asked Donnie about his past, he simply replied, 'No'. That's all we know about this menacing Berzerker. Feel free to ask him yourself.
Josh
Apprentice, Bard
This expressive and soulful musician possesses deft fingers that are as comfortable on a lute as a table saw.
We discovered Josh playing music in the woods behind our shop. The first time he entered the building he spontaneously grew an instant beard.
His hobbies include being afraid of weapons and yearning for the sweet embrace of melody.
Dani
Apprentice, Cleric
A native worshopper of the sun, Dani is embued with radiant energy from Freya herself. She illuminates a 10ft cone in any direction she is facing.
Dani brings a sense of warmth and compassion to the hardened lumberjacks in our shop. She can often be seen skipping, dancing, or singing Celtic ballads.
The best way to locate this Cleric is to follow the trail of flower petals.
Travis
Apprentice, Alchemist
While quiet in demenor, this intense alchemist keeps his brilliant intellect well hidden.
His pastimes include covertly plotting how to destroy his enemies, improving shop processes, and contemplating the nature of existence.
Travis is an enigma, wrapped in a riddle, and dipped in Peasant garb.
Sawdust
Journeyman Woofworker, Healer
Rescued from the mean streets of Georgia, Sawdust (formerly Unnamed Dog) is currently exploring his identity in the Dog Might shop.
Most days, he can be found digging random trenches in the backyard, chewing on valuable masterwork items, and telepathically healing woodworkers with his loving gaze.
